This training will be focused on the use of resorbable

materials for various indications, including soft tissue

management (proper periosteal release, etc). The

demonstration will be performed on a pig jaw, as prerecorded

videos accompanied by live explanations by

Dr. Fred Silva.

Dr. Silva will demonstrate the use of these products in the

following indications:

• Socket preservation

• Lateral augmentation (including practice of

membrane fixation)

• Buccal dehiscence around the implant

(including fixation with periosteal sutures)
